    We will gladly refund any defective product within 10 days of arrival. We will not refund/exchange watches if they are in the wrong size(e.g – you meant to order a ladies watch but ordered the men size by mistake) nor if you don't like how they fit you etc.. Only watches with manufacturer defects will be exchange/refunded. There is a 60-DAY WARRANTY on the watches for manufacturers defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage (we have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department... we can tell manufacturers defects from wear and tear). Shipping time usually takes a week but sometimes can take about 7 - 15 days.

    Things to remember:
    ALL links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.
    Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date.
    - For refunds, there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling.
    - For refunds, the watch must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.
    - All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
    - Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
    - Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations. If you are exchanging a watch, we will pay for the shipping charge back to you.
    - Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.
    - If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose a money order or check for the price difference; if the exchange is less please instruct us how you want the refund (credit card or check)
    - If there are any other problems, we will make SURE that everything will be negotiated to both parties consent
